We invoke Your divine Guidance, Healing and Protection.
Help us to witness with detachment
the pleasure and pain in our lives,
And to surrender all emotional reactions
provoked by our likes and dislikes.
We judge with discernment those thoughts and beliefs
That keep us bound to the mind,
Lead us beyond identification with our personality lives,
Into the vision of Oneness.
We recognise that we are the witness, not the Actor,
The channel, not the Power.
May we learn to view all experience as Your divine Play.
